Binghatti is building four towers on the Al Jaddaf creekside, within a few streets of each other and close to the Metro Green Line: Starfall, Wraith, Spectre and Starlight. They share an address, a developer and a design language, and they differ in size, layout mix, price and timing. This page sets them side by side on Binghatti’s own figures so you can see which one suits you.
01The four towers at a glance
Entry prices, homes and building descriptions come from Binghatti. Rates per square foot are our own arithmetic on the smallest published layout with a stated area.

02Starfall opens at the lowest rate
On headline price the four look close: everything opens between AED 750,000 and AED 850,000. On rate they separate.

Starfall offers the lowest entry rate of the three towers now selling, on a larger studio. Wraith is the tower where Binghatti publishes both prices and areas for the one and two bedroom apartments, and its two-bedroom is the best value per foot in the building. Spectre’s compact studio gives the lowest ticket into a two-tower, mixed-use address.
03Four different buildings on one creekside
Starfall and Wraith share an envelope of a ground floor, four podium levels, fourteen residential floors and a roof, nineteen storeys in all. Wraith is the larger, with 855 apartments over 34 ground-floor stores, and the two between them offer studios to three bedrooms with resort-style pool decks, padel courts and basketball courts.
Spectre is the only mixed-use scheme of the four: a purely residential Tower A of 508 apartments and a Tower B of 204 apartments above 235 offices and 19 shops, on a plot of 11,033.25 sq m, 26 floors over a podium. One-bedrooms make up three quarters of its homes, and its three three-bedroom apartments include a 3,426 sq ft residence.
Starlight is the most advanced: a 25-storey residential tower of 510 apartments, 294 studios, 155 one-bedrooms and 61 two-bedrooms from 39 to 111 sq m, scheduled for completion in Q1 2026, with views over the creek towards the Burj Khalifa.
04Which of the four suits which buyer
Starfall
The lowest entry rate of the towers now selling, on a studio of about 400 sq ft, with a full resort-style amenity deck. Suits a buyer who wants the Al Jaddaf address at the lowest price per foot.
Wraith
Clear published prices and areas, an infinity pool with cabanas, and a two-bedroom that is the best value per foot in the building. Suits a buyer who wants a larger layout or wants to compare rates precisely.
Spectre
A two-tower, mixed-use address near the DEWA headquarters, with a choice between a purely residential tower and one above offices and shops. Suits a buyer who wants the lowest ticket or a rare three-bedroom.
Starlight
The most advanced of the four, scheduled for completion in Q1 2026 on a 20 / 50 / 30 plan. Suits a buyer who wants the shortest wait for keys and the closest thing to a finished Binghatti product in Al Jaddaf.
05What to ask for on any of the four
- The current price list and availability on the floor and view you want.
- The payment plan and handover date as they will appear in the sale and purchase agreement.
- The chargeable area on your own unit schedule, so you can strike the price per square foot against it.
- The project registration and escrow account details on your reservation form. Starfall is DLD project 4483, Wraith 4482 and Spectre 4370.
- The service charge estimate for the building.
