What the site is
OffPlan Insider publishes information about off-plan property in the United Arab Emirates: projects, prices, payment plans, availability, developer offers, guides and market data. We verify project figures with the developers and show the date each one was last checked. We are paid by developers as their marketing partner; buyers pay us no fee.
Information, not advice
Everything on the site is general information. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it does not take your circumstances into account. Estimates such as cash-flow schedules, fees and drive times are labelled as estimates. Take independent advice before you commit to a purchase.
Prices, availability and offers change
Prices, payment plans, availability, handover dates and offers are set by the developers and can change without notice, sometimes within a day. The figures on the site are correct to the best of our knowledge on the date shown. Always confirm the terms that apply to a specific unit in writing with the developer before you pay any booking amount. Your purchase contract is with the developer, and its terms prevail over anything on this site.
Enquiries
When you send an enquiry, we contact you and, where needed, the developer to answer it. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a unit or create any obligation for you or for us. How we handle your details is explained in our privacy policy.
Using the site
You may view and share the site's pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy the site's content or data in bulk, scrape it, or republish it without our written permission, except for short quotations with a link to the source page. Developer renders, logos and brochures belong to their owners.
