Azizi Developments is a privately held Dubai developer, part of the Azizi Group founded by Mirwais Azizi. It builds at volume in the mid-market and upper-mid-market rather than at the top of the price ladder, and its portfolio is concentrated in the western and southern growth belts of Dubai: Al Furjan, Dubai Healthcare City, Studio City, Riviera in Mohammed Bin Rashid City and Azizi Venice in Dubai South.
What the model is
Azizi launches often and in large parcels. Where a developer like Emaar releases a masterplan and fills it over a decade, Azizi tends to bring a very large land bank to market in clusters and move quickly through them. That cadence is the company’s commercial strength and the thing a buyer has to weigh: it means inventory is usually available and entry prices sit below the branded-premium tier, and it means the delivery record across a large simultaneous pipeline is the number that matters more than any single building.
Florence is the Sharjah move
Azizi Florence takes that model across the emirate border. At 30 million sq ft and 10,702 planned homes it is a master community rather than a project, in a market, Sharjah, where non-GCC freehold has only been possible since 2022 and where the buyer protections are administered by a different regulator to Dubai’s. Judged on scale alone it is one of the largest single residential parcels announced in the northern emirates.
What we have not verified
We do not restate delivery statistics, unit counts handed over or corporate milestones for Azizi on this page, because we have not been able to read them from a primary filing. If the developer’s record is part of your decision, ask for the handover history on named completed projects and check each against the relevant regulator’s register rather than against a corporate summary.
