Azizi Riviera Phase 4 is the last phase of Azizi Riviera, Azizi Developments' lagoon community in Meydan, Mohammed Bin Rashid City. Azizi says the first three of the community's four phases are sold out. The Riviera buildings it currently prices are Riviera 60, with studios from AED 1.07M, and Riviera 58, with studios from AED 1.23M. Its price sheets ask 10% on booking, 10% after 30 days and 80% on handover.
