What is Masaar?
Masaar is Arada's forested villa and townhouse community in Sharjah's Suyoh district, close to Tilal City and the Sharjah Mosque, with access from Emirates Road (E611) and Mleiha Road. The original Masaar is planned around a green spine of tens of thousands of trees, and Arada has since added Masaar 2 and Masaar 3 in the neighbouring Rowdat suburb, near Sharjah National Park and University City. Arada puts Sharjah International Airport about 15 minutes away by car and Dubai International Airport about 20.
