What is Aljada?

Aljada is Arada's mixed-use master community in Sharjah, covering about 24 million square feet beside University City, between Al Dhaid Road and University City Road and minutes from Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Sharjah International Airport. Arada plans around 25,000 homes there, laid out along East and West Boulevards with the Arada CBD business park, the Madar entertainment complex, the Naseej cultural district, schools and a sports complex. Sharjah has no Metro, so the community is reached by car, bus and taxi.
