Dubai Maritime City is a 249-hectare reclaimed waterfront peninsula between Port Rashid and the Jumeirah coast, developed and operated by DP World, about 10 km from Dubai International and 3 km from Sheikh Zayed Road. It combines a working maritime precinct with a commercial precinct of offices, retail and homes, and BEYOND Developments is building an 8 million sq ft waterfront masterplan along its coastline. Buildings here are permitted by Trakhees, the regulatory arm of the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation.
