Hilton Residences Dubai Maritime City is a residential tower by Prestige One Developments, built under an agreement with Hilton signed in November 2025 and unveiled in December 2025. Prestige One describes it as the first waterfront Hilton Residences in the UAE.
The tower is planned as ground, two podium levels, 33 residential floors and a roof (G+2P+33+R).

More than 45 amenities are spread across four levels, which Prestige One calls the podium paradise, wellness deck, living deck and rooftop; they include an infinity pool with cabanas, the Prestige One Fitness gym, yoga and relaxation spaces, a cinema lawn, a barbecue garden, a game area, a kids' play area, a casual sky lounge and a city-view work area.
The project is registered as Prestige One Residences by Prestige Luxe Real Estate Development LLC; it is a mixed-use tower with apartments and retail units, with completion set for 31 December 2029. The project won Best Branded Residence in Dubai at the Arabian Property Awards.
