Kanyon’s list is a clean comparison: 23 two-bedroom apartments in one tower, with the aspect doing most of the pricing. Skyline-facing units sit around AED 2,700 to 3,050 per square foot and Forest-facing units around AED 3,150 to 3,460, and the larger layouts all face the Forest. If you want the lowest entry into a BEYOND tower in the Forest District, the Skyline units are where the list starts; if you want the view the tower was designed around, budget for the Forest side.
