Talea is the one to look at if timing matters: it is scheduled for 2028, ahead of Kanyon next door and Soulever nearby, both due in 2029. On the current list the choice is really between two-bedroom apartments, and the aspect is what moves the price. Skyline-facing units sit around AED 2,700 to 2,900 per square foot and the Ocean Sunset aspect around AED 3,350, for homes of much the same size. Decide first whether you want the sea or the city, then compare units within that aspect.
