LMD has launched Christian A. Rockefeller Business Tower, a Grade A office tower on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. The launch was announced on 22 October 2026, and LMD says the tower will be the city's tallest commercial building when it is finished.
It is the first building to carry the name of Christian A. Rockefeller, a sixth-generation member of the Rockefeller family. Devmark is the exclusive sales partner.

02What is inside
The offices come in four collections, from single suites to half floors and full-floor headquarters. LMD describes the tower as "hotelification" of the workplace, with hotel-style services for the people who work there.
The five amenity floors hold an arrival hall, a spa, an infinity pool, a padel court, shops, cafés and restaurants. Level 87 is a sky business centre with lounges, podcast rooms, a ballroom and an observatory pool.

04What it means if you are buying
Office supply on Sheikh Zayed Road is growing. Ellington is also bringing Berkeley Tower, a G+60 office tower beside Business Bay Metro Station, to market. Buyers now have two new freehold office towers on the same road to compare on size, plan and handover.
Off-plan offices are selling. Off-plan made up about 80% of the value of Dubai office sales in the first nine months of 2026, as we reported in Dubai office sales reach AED 20.2 billion.
Plan for a long wait. Handover is expected in Q2 2031, and half of the price is due then. Ask for the price list, floor plans, service charge estimate and fit-out terms before you reserve, and check that the payment goes to the project's escrow account.
