02What Deyaar said

Chief executive Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami said the company's performance this year "is built on delivery", with steady handovers turning buyers' commitments into finished homes. He said the aim is to enter 2027 "not simply larger, but stronger".

For the rest of the year, Deyaar's priorities are keeping profitability up, handing over on schedule and moving construction forward on its active projects.

04What it means if you are buying

A track record you can check. Deyaar has been building in Dubai since 2002, and more than 2,100 handovers in nine months is a large number of finished homes. If you are looking at one of its projects, ask to see a recently completed building in the same price range.

Handover dates are close. Three of Deyaar's current projects are due in 2027. Buyers who want a shorter wait between reservation and keys can compare these with launches due in 2029 or later.

Do the usual checks. Ask for the price list, payment plan, service charge estimate and the construction progress report, and make sure every payment goes to the project's escrow account.
