DIP Holding, which owns and runs Dubai Investments Park, plans to list on the Dubai Financial Market in what would be the first UAE IPO of 2026. Its parent, Dubai Investments, will sell 20% of the company, or 1.74 billion shares, and keep the remaining 80%.
The shares on offer are existing shares, so the proceeds go to the selling shareholder rather than to DIP Holding.

02What Dubai Investments Park is
Established in 1997, Dubai Investments Park is a mixed-use district near Al Maktoum International Airport and Jebel Ali Port, with warehouses, hotels, shops, schools and medical centres. It has about 1,000 tenants, 5,700 subtenants and more than 150,000 residents.
03What it means if you are buying
A listed landlord brings more disclosure. As a listed company, DIP Holding will publish regular results on the district it runs, which gives buyers there more information about the area's tenants and plans.
Residential projects are selling in DIP. Reportage's Verdana phases and Emaar's Grand Polo Club & Resort are among the off-plan homes in the district; see them in the Dubai Investments Park area guide.
