Meraas is a Dubai developer founded in 2007 and now part of Dubai Holding Real Estate. It built City Walk, Bluewaters Island, La Mer, Port de La Mer, Dubai Design District and The Beach at JBR, and it is the developer of the Bulgari resort and residences on Jumeira Bay. At the ultra-prime end it is currently selling Jumeirah Asora Bay at La Mer South and, with Brookfield Properties, Solaya on the Jumeirah beachfront. It is also the only Dubai developer at that price level that publishes a starting price and an explicit availability status on its own project pages.
