BEYOND will launch The Yards Plaza, the commercial office destination of its The Yards masterplan in City of Arabia, on Wednesday 7 October 2026. The launch runs from 10am at the BEYOND Sales Gallery.
01What is being launched
- Four commercial blocks of a basement, ground floor and six upper floors.
- 272 offices on Levels 3 to 6, in 32 layouts from about 123 to 296 sqm, sold shell and core. Most are compact: 172 are under 150 sqm.
- 50 retail and F&B units from the basement to Level 2.
- Shared facilities: a business centre, a commercial gym, a swimming pool, two padel courts, public terraces and shaded plazas, with more than 1,200 parking spaces.
02Why it matters for buyers
The Plaza puts offices for sale inside a low-rise, landscaped community rather than a tower. The price list, payment plan and handover date have not been released before the launch, so expect them on the day. Because the offices are delivered shell and core, add the cost of fitting out to your budget.
