It is home to IMG Worlds of Adventure, opened on 31 August 2016 with capacity for more than 20,000 visitors a day, and to BEYOND Developments’ AED 4 billion masterplan The Yards: 1,560 one to three-bedroom homes with more than 70 per cent open space, starting with the 272-residence Arancia cluster.
