Alef Group is a Sharjah-based developer founded in 2013 by the late Sheikh Khalid Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, the second son of the Ruler of Sharjah. Its best known projects are Zero 6 Mall, which opened in 2018, and Al Mamsha at Muwaileh, marketed as Sharjah's first fully walkable community. The communities it currently shows on its own site are Al Mamsha, Hayyan at Emirates Road, Olfah, Linar at Al Mamzar and Palace Residences at Al Mamsha. Its official site is alefgroup.ae; the .com of the same name is a parked domain and is not the company.
