The Orchids adds 217 family homes to Yas Acres, the established community around Yas Acres Golf & Country Club. The homes are 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses and 4 and 5 bedroom villas, with spacious layouts, light-filled interiors and private gardens, and the option to add a private pool to every villa.
At its centre is a 500 square metre community club with a gym and a multipurpose hall, alongside a park, adult and children's pools, a splash pad, a padel court, sports courts and shaded green spaces. Townhouse sales opened on 24 June 2026 and Aldar announced two days later that they had sold out. A limited collection of 20 villas will follow in a later release.

The Orchids is a gated extension of Yas Acres, Aldar's established golf-course community on Yas Island.
