The tower has 250 homes across 38 residential floors: 61 one-bedroom apartments of 668 to 1,141 sq ft, 135 two-bedroom apartments of 1,105 to 1,821 sq ft, 44 three-bedroom apartments of 2,490 to 2,545 sq ft with a study and maid's room, 8 four-bedroom apartments of 2,945 to 3,438 sq ft and two 5 bedroom penthouses of 4,442 sq ft on the 38th floor.
Sizes include balconies. Interiors are by Missoni, the Italian fashion house, in light oak, warm ivory and bronze with Missoni Home fabrics. The first-floor podium has a swimming pool, a padel court, a fitness centre, a kids' room, a BBQ area, landscaped terraces and a clubhouse.
