The Azizi Florence sales event takes place on Wednesday 14 October 2026 at the Azizi Florence Sales Centre in Sharjah.

On Monday 26 October 2026 only, Azizi Venice in Dubai South carries a 4 per cent discount and a 20/80 payment plan. See the offer terms.
04Why it matters for buyers
The three offers suit different buyers. The 10/90 plan lowers the cash needed up front on apartments; Florence is a villa and townhouse launch in Sharjah; and the Venice deal is a short discount window, so choose the unit before the day. In each case, confirm the instalment dates and the completion date in the reservation form.
