Azizi Developments holds the grand launch of Azizi Florence on 14 October 2026 at its Sharjah sales centre, where a show villa and a show townhouse will also be open. The release covers Clusters 1 and 2 of the community in Um Fanain, which Azizi describes as the largest townhouse and villa community in Sharjah: 1,866 homes, with townhouses from AED 2,090,000 and villas from AED 4,285,000.

03Why it matters for buyers
The launch prices townhouses at about AED 950 per sq ft of sellable area. Every home is priced above AED 2 million, the property value the UAE uses for its 10-year Golden Visa, though the test uses the certified valuation rather than the contract price. Prices rise within each type with plot size and position, so compare units before you reserve, and confirm the payment plan, title type and project registration at the launch.
