Aldar will launch a very large villa and townhouse community in Dubai with Dubai Holding by the end of 2026, Jonathan Emery, chief executive of Aldar Development, told The National on 14 October.
01What we know about the community
Our page on Greenwoods by Aldar carries the details shared for Aldar's new community in Dubai Silicon Oasis:
- 8,000 homes in three phases, with 1,500 launching this year.
- Townhouses with three and four bedrooms, and villas with three, four and five bedrooms.
- A 55/45 payment plan: 55% during construction and 45% on handover.
- Metro Blue Line connectivity, and a layout similar to Athlon and Haven.
Prices are on request until the launch.
02Aldar's handovers
Aldar expects to hand over more than 3,000 homes in 2026, its largest year of deliveries, and up to 4,500 in 2027. Its first Dubai handovers, at Haven, are due next year.
Emery said the right product still finds buyers, and that Aldar will keep looking for new partnerships with established developers.
03What it means if you are buying
A first phase is usually the lowest price point. With 1,500 of 8,000 homes released this year, launch buyers get the widest choice of plots and layouts. Register on the Greenwoods page for the price list when it is released.
