Aldar launched Athlon on 7 May 2024 with prices from AED 2.8 million. Current prices depend on the home and cluster; on 28 September 2026 prices started at AED 3.3 million for a 3 bedroom townhouse.

Diagon is one of the townhouse clusters inside Athlon. Aldar sells it as part of Athlon rather than as a separate project; its homes share Athlon’s parks, clubhouses and tracks.
