Beachfront Living by Ohana at Al Jurf, an AED 4.7 billion development of 457 residences handing over in Q2 2028, and Manchester City Yas Residences by Ohana on Yas Island, announced in January 2026 at USD 4.1 billion and more than 2,000 units. It is notable for one thing no other UAE developer at this price level does: it publishes a complete price and floor-area schedule, unit type by unit type, on its own website. It has not yet delivered a completed project.
