Manchester City Yas Residences by Ohana is an AED 15 billion gated waterfront community on Yas Canal, Abu Dhabi, and Manchester City's first branded residential development anywhere in the world. Ohana Development plans more than 2,000 homes across 1.67 million sq m: four- and five-bedroom standalone villas, twin villas, townhouses, maisonettes, waterfront penthouses and apartments, delivered in phases by 2029. At launch in February 2026 Ohana gave an average price of AED 7 million for the standalone villas, and it reported AED 6 billion of sales in the first 72 hours. Ground was broken on 25 September 2026, when the project's Experience Centre on Yas Canal opened.

The community runs along Yas Canal beside Yas Island, in the capital's main leisure district. Ohana's masterplan map puts Etihad Arena about 4 minutes away, Yas Bay 5, Yas Marina and Ferrari World Abu Dhabi 6, and SeaWorld Abu Dhabi and Yas Marina Circuit 7. Zayed International Airport is 10 to 15 minutes by car, the Louvre Abu Dhabi and the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque 15 to 20, and Dubai 50 to 60.
