Solera is its first release, and RAK Properties describes it as the opening chapter of the district. That matters for a buyer in two directions. An early phase in a new district usually prices below what the finished district commands, which is the upside. It also means the surrounding streets, retail and public realm are drawings rather than places, and the delivery of those is on the developer’s programme, not yours.
