Mina Al Arab is a waterfront master community on the Ras Al Khaimah coast developed by RAK Properties, containing Hayat Island, Raha Island and the Downtown Mina district. It is freehold, sits on protected lagoon and mangrove shoreline, and holds most of the emirate's current off-plan supply. Ras Al Khaimah regulates off-plan sales under Decree No. 12 of 2023 through its Real Estate Regulation Authority, with escrow held by a registered trustee in per-unit sub-accounts.
