Skai is in the Harbour District on Raha Island, one of the two man-made islands in Mina Al Arab, the RAK Properties waterfront community on the Ras Al Khaimah coast. The district has a boulevard, a marina, restaurants, cafés and shops, and the Four Seasons resort and residences are planned on the same island.
The homes look out over the water towards the Hajar Mountains. Ras Al Khaimah International Airport and Dubai are both reached by road.
