What is International City?
International City is a Nakheel master community of about 800 hectares in the Al Warsan district of eastern Dubai, founded in 2004. Its low-rise apartment blocks are grouped into country-themed clusters such as China, England, France, Persia, Greece, Russia, Spain, Morocco and Italy, around a Central District and a Lake District. Dragon Mart, the large wholesale mall, sits on its edge, and Dubai Metro Blue Line stations are planned for 2029.
