Waldorf Astoria Residences Yas is Aldar's branded development on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, and the first Waldorf Astoria Residences in the emirate. It has 133 furnished homes in three buildings along Yas Links golf course: 1 to 3 bedroom apartments, 1 bedroom duplexes and 4 bedroom penthouses, from 798 to 8,241 sq ft. All 133 homes sold on launch day in May 2025, and completion is scheduled for Q4 2028.
