The Yards Commercial by BEYOND is an upcoming office release in The Yards, BEYOND Developments’ masterplan in City of Arabia, Dubailand. The Yards is BEYOND Developments’ first inland masterplan, unveiled on 8 June 2026 in City of Arabia, Dubailand: an AED 4 billion project of 2.3 million sq ft of gross floor area and 1,560 one to three-bedroom homes, designed around a one-kilometre green spine with 70 per cent of its area as open landscape. BEYOND launched Arancia Yards, three low-rise buildings with 272 residences, as its first residential cluster. Public listings now describe a commercial release of office space within the Arancia part of The Yards, under the names The Yards Commercial and The Yards Plaza. BEYOND has not published this release yet; the details here stay pending until it does.
