- The plot is at the front of the island, so the building has views most of Dubai Islands cannot offer: the Burj Khalifa, the sea and the canal. The first-floor terraces are exceptional value per square foot. The amenity deck runs to more than twenty features, from a wet deck and jacuzzi to a yoga zone and outdoor cinema.
