Ramhan Marina is the social centre of a single-developer island, and the first two towers put buyers at the front of it. The contract award is specific: two towers, 187 units, a named contractor and a named supervisor. Take the price with the tower, level and area, work out the rate, and set it against the marina, yacht club and promenade you are buying beside.

How are buyer payments protected in Abu Dhabi?
