Frond F is one of sixteen fronds across the seven islands of Palm Jebel Ali. Access is by causeway onto Sheikh Zayed Road, with Al Maktoum International (DWC), Expo City Dubai and Dubai Parks and Resorts the near neighbours and Jebel Ali’s Red Line stations on Sheikh Zayed Road a short drive from the causeway. Nakheel released 44 beachfront villas on Frond F on 20 August 2026, in two collections: the Beach Collection at five and six bedrooms and about 7,500 to 8,500 sq ft, and the Coral Collection at six and seven bedrooms and about 11,500 to 12,500 sq ft. Ten architectural designs by NAGA Architects, SAOTA, LW Design Group and LOCI Architecture. Every villa has direct beach access.

Nakheel schedules handover from late 2026 through 2027.
The island was first launched in 2002, with reclamation largely complete, and relaunched by Nakheel in 2023. By 2026, 544 villas were in construction on Fronds A to F and 728 in finishing stages on Fronds K to P, with more than AED 13 billion of construction and infrastructure contracts awarded.
A UAE Golden Visa through property requires AED 2 million or more in property value, and beachfront villas of 7,500 sq ft and up on a palm island are priced well above that threshold.
