SAAS Properties launches The Ritz-Carlton Residences on Al Maryah Island

SAAS Properties has officially launched The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Al Maryah Island at LIVEX 2026, in collaboration with Marriott International. The tower stands on the waterfront canal of Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi's financial district, and construction is already under way.

01What is being built

  • 165 private homes: one to four-bedroom residences, duplexes and one signature penthouse.
  • Handover expected in Q2 2030.
  • Architecture by Shaun Killa of Killa Design; interiors by Tara Bernerd, her first project in the Middle East.
  • Amenities: gym and spa, indoor and outdoor pools, an executive golf lounge, a co-working lounge and boardroom, a cinema and landscaped family areas, with Ritz-Carlton service.

02Why it matters for buyers

This is a Marriott-branded tower in Abu Dhabi's financial district, from the developer that also showed The St. Regis Residences, Al Maryah Island at LIVEX. SAAS has not published prices or a payment plan yet, so ask for the price list, the service charge and the branded-service fees before you reserve.
