Rove Hotels and IRTH Group have signed an exclusive, multi-year partnership to develop standalone Rove Home residential projects across the UAE. IRTH will develop the buildings; Rove brings its hospitality brand, design and shared-space concept.
01The first project: Rove Home The Greens
- 200 residences in The Greens, an established Dubai community with direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road.
- Shared spaces and amenities built around wellness, work, sport and social life.
- Sales open before the end of 2026. Prices, unit sizes, the payment plan and the handover date have not been released yet.
See Rove Home The Greens for updates as IRTH confirms the details.
02Where the partnership starts from
Rove and IRTH have already worked together on three Rove Home residential buildings, Rove Home Downtown Dubai, Rove Home Marasi Drive and Rove Home Dubai Marina, and on HQ by Rove, a hospitality-branded office building at Marasi Bay. The companies say these projects add up to more than 2,000 sold-out homes and offices in Dubai. The first, Rove Home Downtown, launched in 2023 and is close to completion, with handover expected to start before the end of 2026.
03Why it matters for buyers
The earlier Rove Home buildings are reported as sold out, so buyers interested in The Greens should register before sales open. Earlier Rove Home projects have offered compact, modular layouts that can be combined into larger homes, which suits both end users and investors looking for rental demand close to Dubai Internet City and Dubai Marina.
