Sheikh Mohammed said more projects will be announced.
02What it means if you are buying
350,000 homes to 2030 is a large supply pipeline. It is spread over four years and many communities, so the handover year of a project matters when you compare prices and future rents. See what completes in 2027 and 2028.
Transport lines shape which areas grow. The Blue Line will link Mirdif, Dubai Silicon Oasis and Dubai Creek Harbour to the network; projects along it, such as Greenwoods by Aldar in Dubai Silicon Oasis, are the ones to watch.
Al Maktoum International is the anchor for Dubai South. An airport designed for 260 million passengers a year sits at the centre of Dubai South, where many off-plan projects are selling today.
