CITYVIEW and Accor sign Pullman Residences & Offices Dubai Meydan: 282 homes and branded offices

Announced on 29 September 2026 at FHS World, the Meydan Horizon project brings 282 Pullman residences and Accor's first branded offices for sale, opening in 2029.

CITYVIEW Developments and Accor have signed Pullman Residences & Offices Dubai Meydan, a mixed-use project in Meydan Horizon that pairs Pullman-branded homes with branded offices for sale. The agreement was announced on 29 September 2026 at the Future Hospitality Summit (FHS World 2026) in Dubai, and the project is scheduled to open in 2029.

01What is planned

  • 282 Pullman-branded residences with one to four bedrooms.
  • Pullman-branded offices for sale in the same development. Accor describes them as its first branded offices for sale anywhere in the world; the number of offices has not been published.
  • Shared facilities including meeting and event spaces, a screening room, a games room, a children's area, a padel court, fitness and wellness facilities and three food and drink outlets.
  • Operation by Accor through its Accor One Living residential platform.
  • Opening scheduled for 2029.

In the release, Camil Yazbeck, Global Chief Development Officer, called the signing "a proud milestone as we introduce Accor's first branded offices for sale globally".

02What has not been published yet

Prices, unit sizes, the payment plan and the sales launch date have not been released. We will add the project page once CITYVIEW publishes them.

03The developer

It is the second Accor collaboration for CITYVIEW Developments, which is also building Sofitel Residences, a 54-floor tower of 254 homes in Downtown Dubai due in Q4 2029. Meydan Horizon is part of Mohammed Bin Rashid City, where we track several off-plan projects.
