Sobha Realty and Minor Hotels are bringing an Anantara Hotels & Resorts property to Sobha Siniya Island in Umm Al Quwain.

An Anantara five-star hotel and resort is coming to Sobha Siniya Island in Umm Al Quwain. The announcement comes from Sobha Realty and Minor Hotels, the Thai hospitality group behind the Anantara Hotels & Resorts brand.

The hotel's name, size, opening date and any branded residences have not been published yet. We will update this story when Sobha and Minor Hotels release them.

01Why it matters for buyers

Sobha Siniya Island is Sobha Realty's island community off Umm Al Quwain, about 50 minutes from Dubai by road. Its homes include the Beach and Marina Residences from AED 1,358,615 and four to six bedroom villas from AED 11.5 million, with handovers from March 2028 to December 2030.
