The Grove is a product choice rather than a price choice. What you are buying is detached space, 4,909 sq ft at the bottom of the range and 7,192 at the top, with a private pool on every plot, inside a township with a serious amenity programme, from a developer whose finish is its reputation. For a family buying to live in it, with an August 2029 handover and 60 per cent payable on completion, it reads very well.
