It is planned with 840 branded residences, from studios to four-bedroom homes, all with sea views, together with seven floating villas and two tree villas. An Italian luxury brand partner for the residences is to be named separately.
Entry prices are below AED 2 million, and the premium homes are priced at about AED 3,000 per sq ft. The payment plan is on request.
Samana's contractual delivery commitment is four years from the start of construction, with an internal target of about 39 months. Core amenities are due to open from the first handover.
The island will have several beaches, a lagoon, pools, a beach club, water sports, a spa, gyms, co-working space and shops, plus a floating Italian restaurant with a Michelin-recognised culinary partner. Yacht shuttles will run to mainland Dubai every 30 minutes.
