JW Marriott Residences Abu Dhabi is a branded residential project on Yas Island by TARAF, the real estate division of Yas Holding, and Steppe, through their joint venture, under a licensing agreement with Marriott International signed in October 2026. It will be the first JW Marriott Residences in Abu Dhabi.
The site is directly on the beach with a golf course alongside, between the Arabian Gulf and the fairways. The architecture and interiors draw on Abu Dhabi's landscape, light and craft, with natural materials and a restrained contemporary style.
Residents will have a lounge, a fitness centre, steam and sauna, treatment and relaxation rooms, meeting spaces, a golf simulator and games area, a media room, a children's activity area and guest suites.
There are 199 homes: 1 to 4 bedroom apartments, 4 bedroom duplexes and penthouses. Sizes are about 969 sq ft for a 1 bedroom, 1,507 for a 2 bedroom, 2,045 for a 3 bedroom, 3,660 for a 4 bedroom duplex and 5,382 for a penthouse.
Prices start from AED 3.5M. The payment plan is 60/40: 10% on booking, 50% during construction and 40% on handover, which is scheduled for Q4 2030.
It is TARAF's second project with Marriott, after W Residences Abu Dhabi on Al Maryah Island, which has sold out.
