Emaar already sells three villa releases in the community: Serro, Serro 2 and Salva, each with three to five-bedroom villas; Faro 2 is a separate release of 200 villas.
Across the community, Emaar plans a wellness centre with fitness technology and wellness programmes, a meditation garden, a wellness lake and promenade, a private beach, a yoga lake, fitness areas, a social terrace and nature trails, set within about 1.3 million square metres of open space.
