Eltiera Views gives apartment buyers a way into Jumeirah Islands, with JLT, Uptown Dubai and Dubai Marina a few minutes away. The clubhouse is the centre of the project and is larger than most in this part of Dubai.
Ask for the price list by layout, and plan for the first year of payments: 40% is due within 360 days of reservation. It suits buyers who want Ellington's finish and a lake setting close to the Marina side of the city.
