Imtiaz Developments will reveal Kore, its Project No. 12, on Thursday 8 October 2026, from 10am to 7pm at the Imtiaz Experience Centre on Sheikh Zayed Road. The building, in Dubailand Residence Complex (DLRC), introduces a concept built around wellness, longevity and human performance.
01What Kore offers
- About 350 fully furnished apartments in a G+3P+13 building: a ground floor, three podium parking levels and 13 residential floors.
- On DLRC's main boulevard, with unobstructed views over a neighbouring villa community, GEMS FirstPoint School within walking distance and a mall planned nearby.
- Wellness-focused amenities, a gym and lifestyle experiences.
- Prices from AED 690,000 for a studio, AED 1.1 million for a 1 bedroom and AED 1.6 million for a 2 bedroom, from Imtiaz's earlier sales update.
- Two payment plans: a standard 50/50, or 60/40 with three years of payments after handover.
02Why it matters for buyers
The reveal is the first chance to see the concept and the layouts before sales open. Expressions of interest have been taken from AED 50,000 for a studio, so buyers who want a particular unit type or floor can register ahead of the launch.
