The Valley, in brief.
The Valley is Emaar's low-rise masterplan at the E66 and E77 junction on the Dubai to Al Ain Road corridor: named townhouse and villa clusters around a shared amenity spine anchored by a 47,000 sq m beach, a pavilion, a 32,000 sq m town centre and a 25,000 sq m sports village.
The first clusters are delivered and occupied, and new releases continue in Phase 2, including Vindera from AED 3.17 million and the Alva series. Each cluster is priced on its own size, position and product.
