Questions about available units.
Where does this list come from?
From the availability lists the developers send to their sales partners. Each project shows the date of its list. We load a new list as soon as the developer issues one, usually weekly.
Is a unit on this list definitely available?
It was available on the list date. Units sell every day, so before you pay anything we confirm with the developer that the unit is still available, at the listed price and payment plan, and send that confirmation in writing.
Are these the developer’s prices?
Yes. Prices are exactly as the developer lists them, in UAE dirhams. The 4% Land Department registration fee and other fees are paid on top; our payment-plan calculator shows your total cash on day one.
How is the price per square foot worked out?
We divide the listed price by the total area the developer lists for the unit, including any balcony or terrace. Developers sometimes quote the rate on the internal area only, so their figure can be higher.
Can I reserve a unit through you?
Yes. We check the unit, send the reservation form from the developer, and you pay the booking deposit directly to the developer. There is no consultation fee.
