A project is listed here when its own page states Golden Visa eligibility, or when the cheapest unit the developer has actually priced already clears the AED 2 million property threshold. A project priced below that can still qualify on a larger unit, so treat this as a starting list rather than the whole field, and confirm the valuation basis before you rely on it.
