Before you transfer money

  1. Match the project number on your reservation form and SPA against the register.
  2. Match the escrow account on your SPA against the live register on the Dubai REST app, on the day you pay.
  3. Check the chargeable area on your own unit schedule, and strike the price per square foot against that figure.
  4. Get the price list dated to the day you sign.
  5. Read the payment schedule, handover date and default terms as written into the SPA.
